摘要
针对不同种类的配件,有针对性地采取不同的供应商管理方法,能够有效提高管理效率。文中分析了工程机械配件的特点,并站在配件物流服务客户的角度,从多个方面对工程机械配件进行分类,在分类的基础上提出各类配件的供应商管理方式。
Taking the corresponding supplier management methods according to different kinds of parts,it can improve the efficiency of management effectively.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the construction machinery parts,and classifies the construction machinery parts from various angles,standing in the parts logistics service customer＇s point of view.Base on the result of classification,the paper puts forward supplier management methods for all kinds of parts.
