摘要
文中首先阐述了牛鞭效应这一现象,其次从需求预测、批量订货和提前期等因素分析牛鞭效应产生的原因,最后提出供应链的各成员通过缔结契约供应合同实现信息共享以达到抑制牛鞭效应的目的。
This paper expounds phenomenon of Bullwhip Effect firstly,secondly analyses cause of bullwhip effect from demand forecasting,batch order,lead time,and lastly advances the numbers of supply chain agree on supply contracts for information share to achieve aim of alleviating bullwhip effect.
