摘要
通过建立应急物流保障能力指标体系及ANP网络模型,对应急物流保障能力进行评价,得出各影响指标因素的权重并以此作为依据,确定各指标对于整体能力的重要程度,同时在实际评价过程中,与理论权重进行比较,寻找现实指标体系中的问题和差距,讨论建立合理的应急物流保障能力指标体系依据和改进措施。
Based on Analytic Network Process（ANP）,a model is established for evaluating the support capability of emergency logistics.By eatablishing a index system of support capacity and an ANP network structure,we can make an evaluation on the support capability and get weights of all the index factors which are benefitial to find defects and improve them in practice.
