房价与货币政策互动关系研究综评

Study on Interactive Relationship between the Housing Price and Monetary Policy

房地产市场的变动与货币政策间有着相当密切的关系,货币政策的变动通过多种渠道和传导机制影响着房地产市场;另一方面,房价的变动又从不同层面影响着货币政策的走向,是否将其引入到政府宏观调控政策指标体系中来成为当前争论的焦点。本文从房地产价格与货币政策之间关系的角度梳理了目前的理论和研究成果,并且提出了未来进一步研究的方向。

There is a close relationship between the housing price and the monetary policy.The real estate market is influenced by the monetary policy,by means of different channels transmission mechanism.On the other hand,the monetary policy is also affected by the housing price changing in a certain level.Whether we should introduce the housing price into the macroeconomic policies index system becomes a subject of controversy.This paper reviews the recently theory the research results in the perspective of the relationship between the housing price and the monetary policy.And then,we points out the future research direction or angle.
