摘要
文中在分析培养冷链物流特色人才的必要性和紧迫性的基础上,对冷链物流特色人才培养的专业能力需求、知识体系构成、人才培养方案等进行了探讨,并以广州大学物流管理专业冷链物流特色人才培养实践为例进行分析。指出应进一步加强理论和实践的结合,培养出适应现场需要的专业人才。
The paper discussed the professional competence needs,knowledge hierarchy,talent training scheme of cold chain logistics,etc,based on the analysis of necessity and urgency on training cold chain logistics talents.Then,a case was analyzed from Guangzhou University.It shows that the combination of theory and practice should be further strengthened in the future.
