高职学校动态能力影响因素的实证研究

Empirical Study on The Influencing Factors of Dynamic Ability of High Vocational Schools

随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,高职学校所处市场和行业环境都趋向于复杂、动态与不确定性变化,作为市场竞争主体的高职学校之间竞争更加异常激烈。动态能力是高职学校整合、构建和重组内外部资源以修正运营操作能力从而适应动态复杂快速变化环境的能力,其能够使高职学校动态地适应复杂变化的环境。文中通过对高职学校动态能力的影响因素进行实证分析,试图揭示各维度对高职学校动态能力的影响程度。

With the rapid development of China＇s sociaty and economy,market and industry environments in high vocational schools tend to be complex,dynamic and uncertain changing,as the main body of market competition the competition between high vocational schools is more fierce.Dynamic abilities is the ability of higher vocational schools to make construction consolidation,and reorganization of internal and external resources to correct operation ability so as to adapt to rapid changes in the dynamic and complex environments,which dynamically makes vocational schools adjust to complex changing environments.This article makes empirical analysis on the influencing factors of dynamic ability of higher vocational schools,and attempts to reveal the influence degree of each dimension on dynamic ability of high vocational schools.
