高职会计专业实践型创新型人才培养模式探讨

On the Pattern of Cultivating Practical and Creative Talents in Higher Vocational Accountant Major

职业教育改革的核心是"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产学结合发展的道路"。强化实践能力、学习能力、沟通协调能力和创新能力培养,全面提高学生综合职业能力,是高职教育的重要内容。本文就基于人才培养方案的会计专业实践型创新型人才培养模式进行了探讨。

The key to vocational educational reform is to combine work with study,with service as its aim,and with employment as its guide.The important content of the higher vocational education is to strengthen the cultivation of practical ability,learning ability,communicative ability and innovative ability,and to fully raise students＇ comprehensive professional ability.This paper makes a discussion on the pattern of cultivating practical and creative talents in accountant major based on talents＇ cultivating plan.
