校企合作开发技能大赛实训装置的实践研究——以化工总控工竞赛精馏设备为例

Practical Study of Practical Training Setting for Developing Skills Competition with the Cooperation of Enterprises and Colleges

以开发化工总控工技能大赛精馏设备为例,通过对以往竞赛设备存在不足的分析,研制的新设备克服了这些缺点。新的化工总控工技能大赛精馏设备具有的工程背景性、运行安全性、公平性、操控灵活性、考核结果易控性、故障模拟真实性、考核多功能性等优点。同时,通过校企合作联合开发技能大赛实训装置,有利于将现代企业经营、管理理念引入学校,锻炼教师进行产品研发、工艺改进等对外技术服务活动的多种益处。

Taking rectifying equipment of skills competition in developing chemical general monitor as example,this paper analyzes the shortage of competition equipment in past,and develops new equipment to overcome these disadvantages.New chemical rectifying equipment is qualified with many advantages,such as engineering background,operating safety,equity,flexibility,easy control of check result,actuality of fault simulation,multi-function of evaluation.At the same time,through developing practical setting of skill competition with the cooperation between enterprises and colleges,it is beneficial for foreign technology service activities,such as guiding modern enterprises management and management concept into colleges,exercising teachers for product research and develop and the improvement of craftwork.
