摘要 目的探讨野战介入救治方舱的救治范围、机动性能及对环境的适应能力。方法通过参加卫勤演习及远程机动,在微创介入方舱内开展不同种类介入诊治手术动物实验,汇总相关数据,并观察手术时间、影像效果及手术并发症。结果共对16只实验动物实施5种19台介入诊治手术,影像对比灵敏度、可视空间分辨率均可满足手术要求,无伪影。1只实验猪因麻醉意外死亡,余手术均较顺利,1只实验犬行冠状动脉支架植入术后4h术区局部血肿,经及时处理存活。实施远程机动1次约700km,发动机动力保持正常,未发生机械故障。参加沈阳战区军事卫勤演练1次,舱体展开正常,舱内设备无毁损,固定设备无松动,工作状态良好。结论新型野战介入救治方舱系统具有良好的机动性和较强的自然环境适应能力,方舱内开展心血管系统疾病微创介入诊治安全、可行。 Objective To study the treatment scope of the field intervention treatment shelter and evaluate its mobility and environmental adaptability. Methods A variety of interventional treatment experiments on animals were clone in the minimally invasive intervention treatment shelter during long rang military medical service manoeuvres. Relating data was collected : the operation time, the image and the complications of the operation were observed. Results 16 animals underwent operations in 19 interventional treatment operations in 5 categories. The DSA image performance was good in contrast sensitivity and space resolution, which applied to surgical conditions ; but a pig died of anesthesia in the experiment. Other surgeries were successful, but a dog had hematoma 4 h after coronary atherosclerotic stent implantation, but survived after treatment. A long range manoeuvre of about 700 km was carried out, the power of the engine remained normal, and no mechanical problems occurred. We participated in a military medical service manoeuvre of Shenyang Combat Zone, and the shelter worked very well without any damage to the equipment inside the shelter, and no loosening occurred. Conclusion The new field intervention treatment shelter system has good mobility and environmental adaptability, which meets the requirement of minimally invasive interventional diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular system disease in the shelter.
