优化护理流程在心肺复苏抢救中的应用

The Application of Nursing Process Optimization during Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的探讨优化护理流程在心肺复苏抢救中的可行性。方法将55例呼吸、心跳骤停的患者分为常规组(23例)和优化组(32例),常规组按常规护理流程、化化组按优化护理流程行心肺复苏抢救。对比两组急救效率及心肺复苏效果。结果优化组急救效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05),心肺复苏效果明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论优化护理流程使心肺复苏抢救工作更具有条理性和程序性,提高了心肺复苏成功率和患者存活率。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of care process optimization during cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods 55 patients with cardiac and breathe arrest were divided into routine group（n=23） and optimization group（n=32）.The routine group received routine care process,and optimization group received opimizated care process,and the effect of emergency and cardio pulmonary resuscitation in the two groups were compared.Results The effect of emergency in optimization group was significantly higher than that in the routine group（P0.05）,and the effect of pulmonary resuscitation was better than that in routine group（P0.05）.Conclusion Nursing process optimization can categorize and procedarize cardiopulmonary resuscitation and can improve the rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation success and survival rate.
