阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗花斑糠疹疗效及安全性

observation on amorolfine emulsifiable paste in treating tineaversicolor

目的观察阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗花斑糠疹疗效及安全性。方法将患者随机分成2组,治疗组采用阿莫罗芬乳膏外涂,1次/日,对照组采用达克宁乳膏外涂,2次/日,疗程均为3周。结果治疗组有效率为88.17%,对照组有效率为75.27%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.18,P<0.05);治疗组不良反应率为7.53%,对照组不良反应率为6.44%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.08,P>0.05);治疗组复发率为11.83%,对照组复发率为26.88%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.75,P<0.01)。结论阿莫罗芬乳膏治疗花斑糠疹疗效显著,安全性好,复发较低。

Objective To exeplore clinical efficacy and salty of amorolfine emulsifiable paste in treating tineaversicolor. Methods The patients were divided into two groups at random,in the treatment group the patients adopted the amorolfine emulsifiable paste, once a day, in the controle group the patients adopted the daktarin emulsifiable paste twice a day. The course of treatment was both three weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.17%. The effective rate of the controle group was 75.27%. There was statistical significance between the difference （2＇：=5.18, P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was 7.53%. The adverse reaction rate of the controle group was 6.44%. There was no statistical significance between the difference0（2=0.08, P〉0.05）. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 11.83%. The recurrence rate of the controle group was 26.88%. There was statistical significance between the difference 0（2=6.75, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy was remarkable, the recurrence rate was low and the safty was high when amorolfine emulsifiable paste treated tineaversicolor.
