32位全国名老中医调周助孕法治疗排卵障碍型不孕用药规律分析

Analysis of the law of 32 senior famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in treating ovulation obstacles infertility based on data mining technology

目的为中医调周助孕法治疗排卵障碍型不孕的临床提供证据。方法运用数据挖掘技术对32位全国名老中医调周助孕法治疗排卵障碍型不孕经验的文献进行数据处理。结果 32位名老中医运用调周助孕法治疗排卵障碍型不孕较有规律:重点是在卵泡期和排卵期,治疗频率分别为100%和88.5%,卵泡期以补肾和养血为主,治疗频次分别为96.9%和100%,排卵期以补肾法和活血法为主,频次百分分别为89.3%和85.7%。结论名老中医调周助孕法治疗排卵障碍型不孕经验的数据挖掘可为临床提供有力证据。

Objective To explore the law of 32 senior famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in treating ovulation obstacles infertility. Methods Data about clinical experience of 32 senior famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in treating ovulation obstacles infertility were processed based on data mining technology. Results The focal point of 32 old famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in treating ovulation obstacles infertility were follicle period and oviposit period. The treatment of frequency were 100 and 88.5 respectively. Major treatment method in follicle period were nourish kidney and blood, treatment percentage were 96.9 and 100 respectively. Major treatment methods in oviposit period were nourish kidney and invigorate the circulation of blood, treatment percentage were 89.3 and 85.7 respectively. Conclusion The law of senior famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine in treating ovulation obstacles infertility can be explored based on data mining technology.TCM; data mining technology
