摘要
伴随着市场经济体制的建立与发展,高等教育市场化成为了国际高等教育以及我国高等教育发展的趋势。通过理顺高等教育市场化的历史脉络,在明确高等教育市场化的内涵的基础上分析高等教育市场化对所带来的机遇和挑战,并顺应着高等教育市场化的潮流分别提出了组织再造、品质管理、竞争力优势和人力资源管理经营策略。
With the establishment and development of market economy system,the marketization of higher education has become the trend of international as well as domestic higher educational development.On the basis of chronological analysis of the marketization and reasserting its definition and connotation,the present paper deals with the opportunities and challenges that come with the marketization as a spin-off or side-effect,and offers some management strategies of organization restructuring,quality control,competitive edge and human resource management.
