摘要
在分析现有高校后勤企业人力资源特点、人力资源管理模式的基础上,以浙江科技学院所属的浙江科源后勤发展有限公司为例,提出了新型的高校后勤企业人力资源管理模式。
Based on careful analysis of existing features of human resources and human resources management of enterprises attached to colleges and universities, a new human resources management model is proposed, taking ZUST＇s Ke Yuan Co. , Ltd as an example.
