摘要
为防止通过注浆加固形成的顶底板发生破坏而导致软泥状物涌入工作空间,保证综采面安全地通过溃泻性陷落柱,在分析支架上方加固体力学性能的基础上,根据普氏冒落拱理论提出了注浆加固形成合理直接顶厚度的计算方法;另将支架底座前端至工作面壁之间的底板加固层视为弹性梁,分析其最大拉应力及最大剪应力与梁的深长比之间的关系,推导出了底板加固层合理厚度的计算方法,并成功应用于实践。
To prevent roof and floor formed by grouting being destroyed,and avoid soft mud mater flowing into mining field,so that working face can safely pass through the karstic collapse columns,according to the natural arch theory,proper calculated method of reinforced thickness formed by grouting was proposed based on analysing mechanical property of the reinforced mass on the hydraulic powered self-advanced supports.In addition,reinforced seam in the floor between the wall of working face and support sell front-end is simplified as elasticity beam,and the relationship between maximum tension stress,the maximum shear stress and the ratio of depth to thickness in the beam were analyzed,the calculated method of the reinforced thickness under the supports was derived.The application effects of the method was successful.
