摘要
义煤集团新义煤矿地面煤流生产系统运转以来,因原煤含水量较大,黏结和泥化现象严重,经振动筛筛分后,严重堵筛孔,而且湿粉末煤黏结在大块煤矸上进入矸石仓,造成部分粉末煤资源流失。对振动筛影响生产运转的情况进行了分析,提出了改造方案,着重介绍了螺旋分级筛的结构原理、性能特点及其改造后在地面选煤系统中的实际运行效果。
Since on-ground coal flow production system run in Xinyi Coal Mine of Yima Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,the phenomena of raw coal agglomeration and argillation were serious due to the large water content of raw coal.Vibrating screens were blanked off in the process of sieving raw coal.Moreover,wet powder coal adhere to big coal gangue went into refuse bin,this meant the loss of partial power coal resources.Analysed the influence of vibrating screen on the normal production operation,reconstruction scheme was also proposed in the paper.The paper emphatically introduced the structure of the spiral grading sieve principle and characteristics,and the actual running situation of optimized ground coal preparation system.
