综合防突技术是现代化矿井防治煤与瓦斯突出的根本,根据《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》进行了突出危险等级划分,平煤九矿己15-22021回风巷掘进面按突出危险进行装备管理。目前九矿严格执行"区域防突措施先行,局部防突措施补充"的综合防突技术,实现了突出煤层快速掘进的目的,取得了良好的效果。

Comprehensive outburst prevention technology is a modern mine technology,which is the fundamental of coal and gas outburst prevention.According to ＂The Provisions of Prevention of Coal and Gas Outburst＂,the level of outburst was assorted,driving face of Ⅵ15-22021 return airway of Pingdingshan No.9 Coal Mine should be equipped by the requirements of outburst prevention.Recently,comprehensive outburst prevention technology of ＂Regional Outburst Prevention Beforehand,Local Outburst Prevention as Supplementary＂ was carried out strictly in Pingdingshan No.9 Coal Mine.The application of the technology has realized the purpose of speedy drivage in coal seam with outburst danger,and has gained remarkable effects.
