摘要
高科技人才作为高新技术的载体,成为衡量综合国力的重要因素。本文引入吸附的概念,构建了人才集聚的模型,探讨了加速人才聚集的方法,以实现人力资源有效配置。
Talents as the high-tech carrier are the important factor for judging a county＇s comprehensive national power. This paper inducts the concept of adsorption, puts forwards the talent agglomeration model, and discusses the method of aggregating talents in order to optimize the talents＇ reasonable disposition.
