摘要
通过对11家企业的面板数据的分析,构建了对知识员工的考核与其绩效表现之间关系的结构方程模型。验证分析发现,考核对员工的绩效表现产生显著性影响,其中,对员工的努力绩效产生影响最大,对任务绩效和人际绩效影响次之,对适应绩效不产生显著性影响。对知识员工的考核与其绩效表现具有因果关系。
Based on the panel data of 11 enterprises, this paper establishes a structure equaUon model oi knowledge workers' assessment and their performances. Validation analyses find that assessment implementation has different impacts on four types of performances, among which efforts performance is most impacted followed by task and interpersonal performance, while adaption performance is least impacted. The knowledge workers' assessment has a causality relationship with their performances.
