摘要
对高速列车外门和内门系统采用电动式振动试验系统进行扫频实验,掌握固有频率的分布.分析外门系统固有频率异于裸门固有频率的可能原因,给出将内门系统固有频率与内门子系统或部件相联系的思路.通过扫频激振可有效掌握高速列车门系统固有频率分布,为改进门系统的振动品质提供了有效手段.
In an attempt to determine the distribution of natural frequency, frequency-scanning tests are conducted in the outside doors and inside doors of high-speed trains by adopting electro-motion vibration test system. This paper also analyzes the likely causes responsible for the differences between outside door natural frequency and inside door natural frequency, proposing that natural frequency and subsystem or parts of inside door system should be connected. Scanning frequency excitation is an efficient way in which the distribution of natural frequency of high-speed train doors can be determined, which can be used to improve the vibration quality of high-speed train door system.
