提出一种ELECTRE法和熵权法相结合的评标方法,建立基于此方法的评标模型.通过一个火电辅机设备招标采购的实例,说明该方法在电力设备采购评标中的具体应用.

Evaluating is perceived as an integral part of equipment purchase. Yet a number of problems associated with the existing evaluating methods arise. This paper puts forward an evaluating approach which integrates ELECTRE method and entropy method. An evaluating model based on this approach is then developed. The example of tender purchase of thermal power auxiliary equipments indicates the applicability of this integrated method in evaluating electrical equipment purchase.
