摘要
轮滑运动具有较高的娱乐性、观赏性和健身性。从轮滑运动的项目特点入手,分析了该项目对促进全民健身所起到的作用,结果表明:经常参加轮滑运动,有利于增强身体的肌肉力量,提高协调性、灵敏性、平衡能力,改善人的心肺功能,对人的意志品质和心理健康也有良好的调和促进作用。
Roller skating has much entertainment,view and body building.This text starts with the characteristics of roller skating,and analyzes the its function to promote civil health.The result indicate that,often join for roller skating can boost up body muscle strength,enhance harmonize,ingenious and balance for people,improve the lung function of people,as well as good function to build up the purpose and psychology.
