摘要
从广义和狭义两方面阐述了房地产市场波动的定义,以时间序列理论为基础,将房地产市场波动分为长期趋势、季节波动、随机波动及周期波动四种类型,详细研究了房地产市场波动的内部冲击机制与外部传导机制的作用过程,分析了房地产市场波动对国民经济、相关产业及社会发展产生的影响。
The article elaborates two aspects of the real estate fluctuation definition from the broad sense and narrow sense.Based on the theory of time series,it divides the real estate fluctuation into long term,seasonal,randomness and cycle fluctuation,studying on the real estate fluctuation action process between internal impact mechanism and external transmission mechanism,and analyzes the real estate fluctuation influence of national economy,related businesses and social development.
