稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗功能性心律失常疗效观察

Effects of Wenxinkeli Combined with Metoprolol on Functional Arrhythmia

目的:观察稳心颗粒与美托洛尔联用治疗功能性心律失常临床疗效。方法:选择功能性心律失常患者76例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各38例,治疗组给予稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗,对照组仅给予美托洛尔治疗。治疗4周后,观察2组治疗前后临床症状及动态心电图改善情况。结果:治疗组临床症状及心电图改善总有效率分别为89.5%和84.2%,均优于对照组的71.1%和60.5%(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒是一种有效的抗心律失常药物,与美托洛尔联用可提高疗效,减少副作用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Wenxinkeli combined with metoprolol（Betaloc） in the treatment of functional arrhythmia.Methods：76 cases of functional arrhythmia were Randomly divided into the treatment group and control group each 38 cases.Wenxinkeli combined with metoprolol were used for those patients from the treatment group,and those of the control group were treated by metoprolol only.4 weeks after such treatment,the changes of clinical symptoms as well as dynamic electrocardiograms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results：The total effective rates of clinical symptoms and ECG for the treatment group were 91.6% and 83.3%,respectively,which were all better than those of the control group（72.5% and 62.5%,respectively）（P0.05）.Conclusion：Wenxinkeli is an effective anti-arhythmia drug,its effect could be strengthened when combined with metoprolol,while the adverse effects could at the same time be decreased.
