除湿止痒软膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎的疗效观察

Effect of Chushizhiyang Cream on Limitations Neurodermatitis

目的:观察除湿止痒软膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将97例患者随机分为2组,治疗组49例采用除湿止痒软膏治疗,对照组48例采用1%丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,疗程1周。结果:治疗组有效率87.76%,对照组有效率81.25%,2组疗效比较差异无统计学意义。结论:除湿止痒软膏治疗局限性神经性皮炎疗效显著,与1%丁酸氢化可的松乳膏疗效相当。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of Chushizhiyang cream on limitations neurodermatitis.Methods：97 patients were divided randomly into treatment group（49 cases） and control group（48 cases）.The cases of treatment group received Chushizhiyang cream,and the cases of control group received 1% hydrocortisone butyrate cream,treament for one week.Results：The efficacy rate was 87.76% for treatment group and 81.25% for control group,there was not statistically significant.Conclusion：Chushizhiyang cream is effective on limitations neurodermatitis.
