间歇充气加压预防重症患者下肢深静脉血栓的护理体会

The Experience of Nursing Care in the Prevention of Lower Deep Vein Thrombosis by IPC in Medical Critically Ill Patients

目的:探讨间歇充气加压治疗(IPC)对内科重症患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防作用及护理方法。方法:比较内科重症患者中使用IPC预防下肢DVT的患者和未使用IPC预防下肢DVT的患者的下肢DVT发生率,总结使用IPC预防下肢DVT的护理经验。结果:IPC可以显著降低下肢DVT发生率,如果护理得当可以尽量避免IPC的相关并发症并且可以提高患者对IPC的依从率。结论:对内科重症患者,IPC是预防下肢DVT发生的一种安全有效的方法。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of intermittent pneumatic compression（IPC） in the prevention of lower deep vein thrombosis（DVT） in medical critically ill patients.Methods：We conducted a retrospective clinical study.Compared the rate of DVT between the medical critically ill patients who received IPC and those who did not receive the IPC treatment.Summarized the experience of nursing care in the IPC treatment.Results：IPC had lower the rate of lower DVT in medical critically ill patients significantly.Appropriate nursing care avoided the side effects of IPC.Conclusion：IPC can prevent lower DVT efficaciously and safely in medical critically ill patients.
