100例艾滋病患者社会支持水平的调查分析

Investigation on the Level of Social Support for the HIV Infection/AIDS Patients

目的:调查HIV感染者/AIDS患者(PLWHA)的社会支持现状,寻求相应的护理对策。方法:采用肖水源的社会支持评定量表,调查分析在成都市传染病医院就诊的100例PLWHA患者和进行健康体检的96例非艾滋病患者(对照组)的社会支持状况。结果:PLWHA患者社会支持总分为26.09±6.45分,对照组社会支持总分为32.13±4.35分,2组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。同时无医疗保险的HIV患者比有医疗保险的患者社会支持水平低。结论:医护人员应加强患者及家属社会支持系统的健康教育,政府应该更多关注无医疗保险的艾滋病患者的医疗费用支付能力,从而提高患者社会支持水平。

Objective：To analyze the status quo of social support for the HIV Infection / AIDS Patients.To put forward to the appropriate proposal for nursing staff.Methods：100 cases of patients were involved in this investigation,the social support rating scale of Xiao Shuiyuan was used in the study.Results：PLWHA patients＇ total score of social support was 26.09 ± 6.45,however,the healthy population＇ total score of social support was 32.13 ± 4.35,The statistics differences on the level of social support were significance between the two groups（P0.01）.It showed that the PLWHA patients had lower level of social support than the healthy population..Meanwhile,patients without health insurance had lower score of social support than the patients with health insurance,the statistics differences on the level of social support was significance between the two group.Conclusion：Medical staff should strengthen the health education of social support to patients and their families.The government should emphasize on the patients＇ payment for the HIV disease.They should also help patients improve the level of social support.
