文章针对企业离退休职工的特点、存在的问题,就如何做好新时期企业离退休职工的思想政治工作,提出了新的思路和途径。

Based on the characteristic of the retirement staff in the corporation and their existing problems,this paper proposes a new idea and way to accomplish the ideological and political education to the retirement staff in the new historical period.
