BAI及BAE术治疗老年中晚期肺癌的疗效观察

Effect Analysis of Bronchial Arterial Infusion and Bronchial Arterial Embolization in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的观察支气管动脉灌注化疗(BAI)及化疗栓塞术(BAE)治疗老年中晚期肺癌患者的疗效。方法采用BAI及BAE术治疗老年中晚期肺癌患者,观察其近期疗效及毒副反应。结果 32例患者中CR 2例,PR 15例,SD 7例,PD 8例,有效率为53.12%。结论采用BAI及BAE治疗老年中晚期肺癌疗效确切,且毒副反应能耐受。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bronchial arterial infusion（BAI） and bronchial arterial embolization（BAE） in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods All the 32 elderly patients with advanced lung cancer were treated by BAI and BAE.The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after the treatment.Results Among the 32 cases,CR were observed in 2 cases,PR 15 cases,SD 7 cases,PD 8 cases.The total effective rate was 53.12%.Conclusion BAI and BAE are effective for the elderly patients with advanced lung cancer,and its toxicities can be tolerated.
