晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后T细胞亚群变化的临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后T细胞亚群的变化。方法采用流式细胞术分别对26例晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗前和化疗后外周血T细胞及亚群进行检测。结果晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后CD3+T细胞百分数分别为(71.35+16.82)%、(70.49+16.82)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD3+CD4+比值分别为(31.81+13.80)%、(37.65+13.03)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD3+CD8+比值分别为(26.52+11.10)%、(26.32+9.45)%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同肿瘤类型的CD3+T细胞百分数、CD3+CD4+比值、CD3+CD8+比值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群无明显变化。 Objective To explore the changes of T cell subset in patients with advanced malignant tumor before and after chemotherapy.Methods Flow cytometry was used to analyze the results of T cell subset in the 26 patients with advanced malignant tumor before and after chemotherapy.Results Of all the patients with advanced malignant tumor,the CD3+ T cell percentages were(71.35+16.82)% and(70.49+16.82)% before and after chemotherapy(P〉0.05);the CD3+CD4+ ratios were(31.81+13.80)% and(37.65+13.03)% before and after chemotherapy(P〉0.05);the CD3+CD8+ ratios were(26.52+11.10)% and(26.32+9.45)% before and after chemotherapy(P〉0.05).There were no significant differences in the CD3+ T cell percentages,CD3+CD4+ ratios and CD3+CD8+ ratios between the different tumor types(P〉0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy may have no effect on the changes of T cell subset.
