标准操作规程在血液净化中心管理中的应用

Application of standard operation procedure in the administration of blood purification center

目的:探讨标准操作规程(SOP)在血液净化中心管理中的应用。方法:以2010版血液净化SOP为依据,健全制度完善组织,强化管理规范监测,再造流程保障安全。结果:患者满意度提高,透析用水合格率提高,丙肝的患病率降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:在血液净化中心护理工作中应用SOP进行规范化管理,对提高护理质量,优化护理管理,保障透析治疗安全有积极作用。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the application and management of standard operating procedures（SOP） in blood purification center.Methods：The SOP-based blood purification（version 2010） was used to improve the organizational system,strengthen the management practices monitoring and recycle the process safety.Results：The quality indicators of nursing and patient satisfaction were improved.Dialysis water qualified ratio was increased and the prevalence of hepatitis C was decreased.The difference was statistically significant（P0.01 or P0.05）.Conclusion：In blood purification center the SOP used in standardized nursing management,could improve the quality of care and optimize the positive effects of nursing management.
