摘要
目的:降低产妇分娩时会阴损伤及其并发症的发生。方法:将114例产妇随机分为观察组、对照组各57例,观察组给予常规分娩护理,对照组应用评估体系,对产妇进行系统的评估及护理。结果:评估系统实施前后,产妇会阴损伤及其并发症发生率大为降低,应用前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:评估体系的实施,可降低产妇不良反应及分娩并发症的发生。
Objective：To reduce the occur of penineal injury and complication in delivery.Methods：114 puerperant were randomly divided into observation group and control group,57 cases in each group.The puerperant in observation group were given normal delivery nursing,and the observation group were used evaluation system.Results：The penineal injury and complication occur rate after used evaluation system were lower than before,there was remarkable different（P0.05）.Conclusion：Evaluation system could reduce the occur of adverse reaction and delivery complication of puerperant.
