4个桉树优良无性系的耐铝性评价指标分析 被引量:7

摘要 采用砂土培育法,对不同桉树优良无性系(巨尾桉9号、巨尾桉12号、尾叶桉4号、韦赤桉3号)幼苗进行历时4个月的酸铝处理,研究其在生物量、生理上的耐铝性差异。研究结果表明:(1)ABA/GA的变异性最大,丙二醛的变异性最小。脯氨酸、膜透性、可溶性蛋白和ABA/GA等4个指标的变化率对酸铝的灵敏度较好,适合作为区分供试无性系耐铝性差异的参数指标。(2)脯氨酸变化率与大部分生理指标呈极显著负相关,与地上部分相对干质量呈极显著正相关;ABA/GA变化率与除脯氨酸变化率外的生理指标呈极显著正相关,与生物量指标呈极显著负相关;叶绿素、膜透性、可溶性蛋白变化率之间都有不同程度的正相关,并与地上部分相对干质量呈极显著负相关。(3)分层分析法对4个无性系的耐铝性强弱进行排序,结果为巨尾桉9号>巨尾桉12号>韦赤桉3号>尾叶桉4号。 The differences of aluminum-tolerance of different fast-growing Eucalyptus clones(including Eucalyptus grandis× E.urophylla Guanglin No.9,E.grandis× E.urophylla Guanglin No.12,E.urophylla Guanglin No.4,E.urophylla× E.camaldulensis No.3) were studied under acid-aluminum treatments for 4 months by the cultivation method of sand and soil combination.The results were as follows:(1) The CV(variability coefficient) of ABA/GA was the highest,while the CV of MDA was the lowest.In the tested parameters,the change rate of proline,membrane permeability,protein and ABA/GA were sensitive to acid aluminum and are suitable for differentiating aluminum tolerance among four Eucalyptus clones.(2) The change rate of proline showed significant negative correlation with most of physiological indices,and significant positive correlation with relative dry mass of shoot.The change rate of ABA/GA showed significant positive correlation with physiological indices except for the change rate of proline,while significant negative correlation with biomass index.In addition,the significant positive correlations were observed among physiological indexes such as chlorophyll,membrane permeability and soluble protein at different extent,which showed highly significant negative correlations with relative dry mass of shoot.(3) The order of aluminum tolerance intensity was Eucalyptus grandis× E.urophylla Guanglin No.9 E.grandis× E.urophylla Guanglin No.12 E.urophylla Guanglin No.4 E.urophylla× E.camaldulensis No.3 in turn by analytical hierarchy process.
