“唐蕃甥舅会盟碑”相关疑难问题探讨——访著名藏族学者高瑞先生

高瑞,又名聂贡.关却才旦,藏族当代著名学者,长期从事高校教学、科研和管理工作。先后发表《桑叶寺碑文考释》、《敦煌古藏文吐蕃法制初探》及《甥舅会盟碑新探》等多篇高质量的学术论文,出版《长庆会盟碑与蕃唐关系的演变》、《唐蕃古藏文文献诠释》等学术著作,在藏学界享有颇高的声望和影响。他曾先后担任西北民族大学校长和中南民族大学校长之职,享受国务院特殊津贴。现任西北民族大学中国少数民族语言文学古藏文文献研究方向的博士生导师。文章主要围绕"唐蕃甥舅会盟碑"的碑文内容、年代、历史背景及其作用等学界争议较大的疑难问题,向高瑞教授进行采访。

Gao Rui, alias Nyegong. Gongchog Tsiden, a famous Tibetan scholar with long-time service and outstanding achievements in the field of teaching, research and management in a university. He has many professional research papers published, for instance, ＂A Study on the Tablet of Samye Monastery＂, ＂An Approach to Tube＇s Legal System Reported in the Old Tibetan Document Collected in Dunhuang＂ ＂A New Probe of the Tang and Tubo Alliance Tablet＂ and so on, as well as some books published, for example, ＂Changqing Alliance Tablet and Changes in Tube-Tang Relations＂, ＂An Interpretation of the Old Tibetan Document of TangTubo＂, etc. Hence, he enjoys high prestige in the world of Tibetology and receives Special State Allowance. He once was the president of Northwest University for Nationalities and South-central University for Nationalities. At present he serves as a PhD director in the Department of Language and Literature of Chinese Minority Nations in Northwest University for Nationalities majoring in the research on the old Tibetan document. The interview is mainly on the content of the inscription on ＂the Tang and Tube Alliance Tablet＂ and its historical setring and functions.
