感恩的心理结构研究

在构建和谐社会进程中，对青少年进行感恩教育的重要性日益凸显。国内外关于感恩的研究缺乏从心理结构维度进行探讨，国外侧重于研究感恩与情绪、幸福感等的关系，国内的研究多从现象出发，注重分析感恩教育缺失的原因与研究实施感恩教育的宏观策略，由于这些研究没有以科学的心理发展规律为基础，因而造成当今青少年感恩教育实效低下。从感恩认知、感恩情感和感恩行为三个方面对感恩心理结构的内容雏度进行了探讨。

In the process of building a harmonious society, the importance of thanksgiving education of the young people has become increasingly prominent. Home and abroad on gratitude research is lack of to explore the psychological dimensions of the structure, study abroad, focusing on gratitude and emotion, happiness and other relationships, domestic research starting from the phenomenon, focusing on analysis of the reasons for lack gratitude education and research of gratitude macroeconomic policies. As these studies did not rule the scientific basis of psychological development, resulting in low effectiveness of education in today＇s youth gratitude education. Gratitude is from cognitive, emotional and behavior in three aspects of the dimension of the psychological structure.
