促进我国老年大学健康发展的思考

The Problems and Countermeasure of College for Senior Citizens

随着生活质量的提高，人们寿命的延长，我国老龄化形势日益严峻，产生了诸多社会问题。老年大学作为解决老龄化问题的重要途径，在促使老年社会化，落实终身教育，发挥老年人余热方面起着重要作用。我国老年大学在发展中存在着数量不足，教师素质不够高，课程设置不合理，管理比较混乱等问题。只有将老年大学的发展纳入国家教育总体规划，提高学校教师质量，针对老年特点选择教学内容，提高管理的规范化水平，才能促进老年大学健康发展并在和谐社会建设中发挥其特殊作用。

With the improvement of life and longer lifespan, the aging problems are highlighting day by day and cause a lot of problems. Colleges of continuing education for senior citizens can relief the problems by aging problems, help senior participate in social activities , promote life-long education and make use of the contribution of old men. However the current colleges of senior citizens have a lot of problem ：insufficient number, not high quality of teacher, irrational curriculum arrangement, chaotic management, bring it into country plan, enhance the quality of teacher body ,reform the curriculum set accord to old men, standardize ding administration. At last it may promote the its own sustainable development
