幼儿园教育软暴力问题探析

The Issue of Soft Violence in Kindergarten Education

以体罚为代表的幼儿园教育硬暴力还未完全肃清，现今又出现了一种以·心理伤害为代表的幼儿园教育软暴力。幼儿园教育软暴力出现的原因主要有多数幼儿教师缺少师德，幼儿教师教育爱的能力不够。为此，相应的策略有，培养幼儿教师的师德，提高幼儿教师教育爱的能力和建设幼儿园组织文化。

It has not already been cleared up for the body - punishment symbolized violence in the kindergarten education. Recently, a new type of soft violence has arisen which is represented by psychological hurt. The main reason is the lack of teaching virtue and love ability of the kids＇ teachers. Accordingly, to improve their teaching virtue and love ability as well as construct the culture of organization of kindergarten are the effective strategies.
