摘要
为降低轴流通风机出口噪声,通常在其出口安装消声器,但该法会导致风机效率的降低.针对以上情况,通过对煤矿通风扩散理论的分析,从消声器的空气动力性能及其振动特性方面对扩散型消声器的结构进行了优化设计,充分利用转化来的能量弥补了因安装消声器带来的通风附加阻力,在降低风机出口噪声的同时,减少了对通风设备的不良影响.
To reduce the export noise of the coal axial-flow fan,a muffler is usually intralled at its exports, which will inevitably reduce the efficiency of fan. According to the above circumstances, the ventilation diffusion theory is analyzed for the muffler. The muffler air power performance was optimized by its structural design. The transformed energy was compensated for the resistance of muffler, reducing the noise of the blower and the detrimental effect on the ventilation.
