摘要
为提高面料的利用率,降低面料损耗,设置裁床的最佳切割参数,以控制面料成本;根据切割面料的不同厚度、紧度、克重和刚度,通过实验分析,获得了裁床切割参数的最佳配置,提高其切割效率,对加快服装裁片生产速度和降低成本有积极的理论意义和现实意义.
To improve material utilization and reduce material consumption,the optimal cutting parameters of cutting were set and material cost was controlled.According to cutting different thickness,tightness,weight,stiffness of the fabric,by means of experiment,and analysis of product strengths and weaknesses,the best cutting parameters of cutting was gotton and cutting efficiency was increased.It is significant theoretically and practically to speed up the garment pieces and production speed and reduce costs.
