摘要
以三氯甲烷为萃取溶剂,超声萃取抗菌织物中的抗菌剂三氯生.萃取液经衍生化处理后再对其进行气相色谱/串联质谱分析,从而建立了一种测定抗菌织物中三氯生的气相色谱/串联质谱方法,并对前处理条件进行了优化.结果表明:该方法灵敏度高,检出限为0.3 ng/mL(S/N=10),平均回收率为98.4%~100.3%,精密度为3.1%~6.7%.采用该方法对市售抗菌织物进行测定,结果发现部分市售抗菌织物中含有高浓度的抗菌剂三氯生.
An analytical method was established to determine the content of triclosan in antibacterial textiles based on gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry technique.Triclosan in antibacterial textiles was first ultrasonically extracted with trichloromethane as the extraction solvent,then a derivative process was carried out for the extraction.The derivation was analyzed using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The pretreatment conditions were optimized.This method was sensitive and the detection limit was 0.3 ng/mL on the condition of S/N = 10.The average recovery varied from 98.4% to 100.3% while the relative standard deviation(RSD) changed from 3.1% to 6.7% correspondingly.Triclosan in commercially available textiles was analyzed using thus-established method and the results show that triclosan of high content exists in some commercially available textiles.
