摘要
通过对稳瞄装置中复位膜片弹簧力学特性的分析,得出作用在操纵机构手柄上的各种外加力矩,以复位膜片弹簧产生的作用力矩最为显著.仿真结果显示复位膜片弹簧对操纵手柄的力矩与操纵杆的角位移成正比,在由多簧片构成的稳瞄操纵结构中,仅有3个簧片起主导作用,其他簧片的作用较小,对操纵手柄的影响可以忽略.研究结果对于簧片参数的合理取值,改善稳瞄系统的操纵性能提供了指导性依据.
Through the analysis of mechanical performances of restoring springs,it can be found that moments of these springs to the handle are most obvious.Simulation results reveal that the moments of the restoring springs to the handle are in proportion to angular displacements,and only three plates play the main roles in multi-spring plate systems.Results provide a basis for reasonable selection of structural parameters of springs and improvements of performances of the sight-stabilizing system.
