组织速度成像技术对高海拔地区正常人心肌同步性运动的研究

Research of Tissue Velocity Imaging for Normal Myocardial Synchronous Movement at High Altitude

摘要 目的:应用超声组织速度成像技术评价高海拔地区正常人心肌的同步和协调性。方法:选择38例正常人,获取标准心尖四腔观,在组织速度成像模式下,对心肌各节段的时间-速度曲线进行分析,评价心肌各节段运动的同步性。结果:心肌各室壁收缩峰达峰时间左室和室间隔一致,右心室延迟。结论:组织速度成像能同时显示同一心动周期不同室壁心肌运动的时间间期,不仅能评价左室内各室壁之间的同步运动,还能评估右室与左室之间的同步运动。 Objective:To assess the intra-and inter-ventricular synchrony using tissue velocity imaging(TVI) in normal adults at high altitude.Methods:The three-basal,three middle and three apical-segments about apical four-chamber view collected by GE vivid 7 color Doppler were assessed under TVI model in 38 normal subjects.The velocity Ts,Te,and Ta were measured from QRS onset to peak respectively and its synchrony was assessed.Results:The systolic and diastolic movement was highly synchronized but right ventricle delay.Conclusions:TVI is important to the intra-and inter-ventricular synchrony for maintaining the cardiac function and quickly visualized with TVI in real-time situation.
