摘要
在30万吨级超大型浮船坞的结构设计中应用有限元计算方法来评估坞体结构强度讨论了超大型浮船坞的结构规范适用性问题。采用的有限元计算分为两大类:一类是坞体总纵强度的有限元计算分析,包括全坞粗网格有限元计算以及进一步的局部结构细化分析;另一类是坞体局部强度的有限元计算分析,包括首尾浮箱平台强度、坞墙稳定性和锚泊设备支撑结构的强度计算。通过一系列完整的有限元计算,说明现行的浮船坞规范仍然适用于超大型浮船坞,并最终得出了一些具有实用价值的结论。
In the process of structure design of floating dock with lifting capacity(L.C.) equal to 300 000 DWT ship, finite element methods applied widely and the applicability of rule was discussed. The adopted finite element methods were composed of two parts. One was finite element calculations and analysis of hull longitudinal strength of floating dock ,which included coarse mesh model of whole dock and fine mesh model of high stress area. The other was finite element calculations of local strength ,which included local strength of fore and aft platforms,wing wall and supporting structures for anchoring equipment. Finally some practical and valuable conclusions were drawn by a series of integrated finite element calculations and analysis and it was indicated that current rule was still applicable for super floating dock.
