利用中空球环调整激光测距仪入射角的机械设计

摘要 由于便携式激光测距仪在测量液面高度时,需要调整激光测距仪的发射角与被测液面的垂直度,因此就会带来测量液面高度的误差。为了克服调整测量入射角带来的距离误差,提出了用中空球环调整机构调整激光测距仪测量入射角的设计方案。 When the liquid level was measured by the portable laser range finder,the verticality between the launch angle and the liquid surface measured needed to be adjusted,which caused some errors result from these adjustments.In order to overcome these adjusted errors so that the launch angle could maintain the vertical position with measured liquid surface,it brang in the adjusting mechanism of hollow ball shaft to adjust the launch angle of portable laser range finder.
