摘要
目的研究缩宫素生物测定试验中离体子宫的稳定性。方法确定离体子宫灵敏度后,进行基础波形的检测,基线不调零、基线逐次调零试验、缩宫素效价检测。结果离体子宫的频繁收缩可导致其收缩张力持续衰减。结论逐次进行基线调零能确保离体子宫张力相对的稳定性。
Objective To study the stability of in vitro uterus on biological value test of oxytocin.Methods After determined the stability of in vitro uterus,to test base wave of in vitro uterus;not zero and zero of baseline every time were tested;oxytocin injection was tested under zero standard.Results The frequent contraction of in vitro uterus will lead tension to decay.Conclusion Zero of baseline every time can ensure in vitro uterus relative stability.
