32家一级医院药事管理情况分析

Analysis of Pharmaceutical Administration in 32 Class-Ⅰ Hospitals

目的为卫生行政部门对一级医院药事工作的监督管理提供参考。方法对在一级医院的年度校验过程中发现的药事管理问题进行分析讨论。结果与结论部分一级医院在药事管理方面仍然存在一些需要解决的问题,医院药剂人员要加强专业理论学习,提高专业技能,充分发挥药事管理工作的作用。同时,医药卫生行政部门要加大对医疗机构违反药事管理法律、法规行为的处罚力度,对严重违法行为及时依法给予处理。

Objective To provide supervision and administration reference of pharmacy management in the Class-Ⅰhospital for health administration department.Methods Investigated and analyzed the pharmacy management problems of Class-Ⅰhospitals found in annual calibration.Results and Conclusion In some Class-Ⅰhospitals,there were still some pharmacy administration problems needing to be solved in time,and the hospital pharmacy staff should enhance their professional knowledge all the time.Only in this way,can the pharmaceutical personnel play a supervisory function in pharmaceutical administration.Besides,health administration department should increase the punishment in violation of pharmacy management regulations and laws,for serious violation of the law,administrative punishments should be given in time.
