摘要
目的建立川芎药材RP-HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供可靠方法。方法以0.3%磷酸(pH3.0)-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱。检测波长284nm,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18,柱温为30℃,流速为0.8mL.min-1。结果确立了川芎指纹图谱的HPLC分析条件,并对不同产地川芎指纹图谱的相似度进行了分析,共有指纹峰12个,其中3号峰为阿魏酸,川芎药材的相似度大于0.9。结论采用HPLC法建立川芎药材指纹图谱,方法重现性好,可靠、简便,为提高川芎质量控制标准提供参考。
Objective To establish the RP-HPLC fingerprints of Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort so as to control its quality.Methods A PhenomenexC18 column was used,with mixture liquid of 0.3% H3PO4(pH3.0)-CH3CN as mobile phase in gradient mode.The column temperature was maintained at 30℃.The detection wavelength was 284nm and the flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1.Results Twelve peaks have been gotten from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort as its fingerprints.The third peak was ferulic acid and the similarity of samples was more than 0.9.Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint method was repeatable,feasible in analysis of Radix Angelicae sinensis,and provides standard for the quality control of Radix Angelicae sinensis.
