HPLC法测定肠胃宁片中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量

Determination of Psoralen and Isopsoralen Contained in Changweining Tablets by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定肠胃宁片中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(18∶82)为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为246nm,柱温为30℃。结果补骨脂素在0.0542～0.8124μg范围内线性良好,r=1.0000;异补骨脂素在0.0530～0.7956μg范围内有较好的线性关系,r=1.0000;补骨脂素的平均回收率为97.82%,RSD=1.17%;异补骨脂素平均回收率为97.26%,RSD=1.00%。结论所建立的方法简便、准确,可用于肠胃宁片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in Changweining Tablets by HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on an Agilent Extend-C18 column,using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（18∶82） as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1;the UV detection was set at 246nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The calibration curves of psoralen and isopsoralen were linear respectively at the range of 0.0542~0.8124μg（r=1.0000）,0.0530~0.7956μg（r=1.0000）.The average recoveries were 97.82% for psoralen（RSD=1.17%） and 97.26% for isopsoralen（RSD=1.00%）.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple and accurate.It can be applied for the quality control of Changweining Tablets.
