摘要 目的建立血余炭中5种重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)的测定方法,同时测定了12份血余炭中5种重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)的含量。方法样品经微波消解,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定铅、镉,采用火焰原子吸收法测定铜,采用原子荧光法测定砷、汞。结果 5种重金属及有害元素的回收率为90.8%~101.9%,相对标准偏差为3.4%~6.4%。结论所测12份血余炭中5种重金属及有害元素含量多数超出药典规定的6种中药材的限量要求。 Objective The method for determination of five kinds of heavy metals and deleterious elements in Crinis Carbonisatus was established,and the five kinds of heave metals and deleterious elements in 12 batches of Crinis Carbonisatus was quantified.Methods The sample was digested with microwave digestion system.Pb and Cd were determined by graphite atomic absorption spectrometry,Cu was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry,and As,Hg were determined by atomic fluorescence.Results The recovery rates of five kinds of heavy metal and deleterious elements were 90.8%~101.9%.The measuring range of RSD in 12 batches of Crinis Carbonisatus were 3.4%~6.4%.Conclusion The five kinds of heavy metal and deleterious elements in 12 batches of Crinis Carbonisatus went beyond the ChP 2005 desired limit of six Chinese Medicinal Materials.
