摘要
根据大学生培养的特点和社会对人才的需求,设计了大学生培养的决策支持系统,并针对大学生就业问题,构建了大学生数据仓库,进行联机分析处理和数据挖掘,分析得出影响大学生就业的关键因素,实验结果与现实情况基本符合,充分表明了大学生培养的决策支持系统是一个强有力的辅助决策工具。
In this paper,according to characteristics of college training and requirements of the community＇s manpower,the decision support system of college training is designed.Data warehouse is built in allusion to the problem of employment for college students and on-line analytically processing and mining related data to get the factors that affect the employment of university students.The experimental results are in line with the reality,which shows that the decision support system of college training is a good assistant tool.
